Our Incident Reporting Solution will help you identify the circumstances and opportunities that put clients at risk of harm and you will then be able to act to prevent or control those risks. At the core of our system is a central risk register that is used to manage risk. This register is regularly updated by the Risk Manager. The diagram below shows an overview of the system.
